What makes us different?

We care a lot. 

We did not enter the ecommerce online space to just sell things because we wanted to make money. We started this company to express our creativity and design skills. We test our product before we allow them to go to market to ensure that the quality meets a high standard. We are always re-thinking, developing, and adapting designs to be better, even after they hit market. 

We believe these is always space for brands that are trying to do better and offer quality products to customer. In the world of e-commerce where everyone is just trying to sell you stuff, we want to be different. 

 

How we design & manufacture products

Some of our products are made to order and we outsource the production to Canadian and US manufacturers. For example, we outsource our digital printing of textile designs and then use the fabric to sew and create goods at our studio in Edmonton. 

Craft items in our shop are all created by hand, by us. Items such as jewellery, woven, and block printed paper goods are made 100% by us or other artists and designers. 

Above everything we want to be transparent about how everything we create, make and sell through Dispatch. We don't claim to be perfect or sustainable, but we are intention in our practices. 

As we can, we continue to build better sustainability practices into our business by minimizing environmental impacts. 

Where do we ship?

We pack, ship and dispatch most of our orders from our home base. We do our best to ensure that all our products arrive within a reasonable timeline based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Orders from in-house production are usually shipped within 1-4 days when an order is placed, arriving within 5-14 business days. We are currently shipping Canada-wide and to the US.

What do I do if my parcel is lost or damaged?

We include digital tracking information so you can track your parcel. We also monitor our shipped orders and will try to contact you if we think there is a delay. Please contact us if your parcel is lost or damaged and we can look into resolving the matter as soon as possible.
