• Shipping

    We pack, ship and dispatch all our orders from our homebase. Orders are usually shipped within 1-4 days when an order is placed, arriving within 5-14 business days. We currently ship Canada-wide and across the US with Canada Post and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the item.

  • Exchanges

    If you are not happy with your item(s) we will exchange it for a different item. Exchanges may take longer because we have to ship the new item.

  • Returns

    Some items are returnable with the exclusion of cards and paper products. All paper goods are final sale. All other items must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of purchase using the included return shipping label. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the item is received as long as the item is still in new condition.

  • Lost & Damaged Items

    Please contact us if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged and we can look into resolving the matter as soon as possible. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items as a result of shipping.

    We provide digital tracking on all orders and monitor our shipped orders. We will contact you if we think there is a delay in the shipment of your order. If the error is ours, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
